site STORY
Torrac Oilfield Services’ website was an example of great webdesign -- in the 1990s. Featuring frames and gray-on-black text, the site was in need of a major update. I gave them two great options ([1] [2]), both of which feature strong branding, natural navigation, legible text and most of all, an appealing sophisticated look.
The folks at Torrac decided to go with the option shown at left, and I implemented it immediately. Replacing the outdated frames with pure CSS layouts, their homepage is now a showpiece of modern technology, and the latest in web development. I submitted the HTML work to FoundPages, and they took care of the rest.
